Horrible billing and communication. Did not bill insurance properly, didn't respond to phone calls, threatening to send to collections, no billing statements provided to submit to insurance correctly, all Without any person to person communication. Do not recommend but do believe in the treatments provided.

Chose this business for therapy. It lasted a short time. Had a monetary credit and stopped with treatment before it was used up. I called to ask for an invoice of my appointments for tax purposes and a refund of my remaining monies. No response. I went to the office and no one was at the front desk. I called out and knocked on the counter, waiting at least ten minutes. Nothing. Shame on you people. Poor professional behavior.
