I was treated like a paycheck. Horrible/nonexistent communication. Unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone who wants to better their health.

Absolutely no way to communicate with staff from this location. Inconsistent medication refills, but have no issue charging insurance on time. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t understand how they have a license to operate

This is the worst provider I've come across..incompetence and lack of highly intelligent staff is evident throughout this organization..Help me understand how somone who is seriously ill, totally incapacitated, and under their medical Doctor's care, suppose to jump back to perfect health just to call you to cancel and appointment. Was i suppose.to log in and pove i was.ill? Was my doctors note as insufficient as your intellect? Dont answer that last one.

I’ve been trying to get files transferred from this office and it’s been over a month. Multiple fax requests, messages, and phone calls from myself AND the new office trying to get them. Very frustrating experience that is delaying getting prescription filled. Communication with front desk was very difficult the entire time we used this office, which is reason for finding a new office.
