I cannot begin to say how much of a fan I am of this place. I have been going here for over 2 years. I love that they have multiple locations which has been such a help as my job moved. Everyone here is very helpful. Neurofeedback has made a huge difference in both my mental and physical health. If traditional therapy isn’t your thing for whatever reason, this is a great place to go to.
I found mind gym and reached out to them to seek help with dealing with my adult ADHD and other issues. I just finished my first protocol and in the short time I’ve noticed life changing improvements. The changes have been significantly noticed at home, with my kids, my wife and at work. I look forward to continuing my treatments and see more changes. Thank you guys!

My son, who is 11 and has been diagnosed with Level 1 autism and adhd since he was 4 started going here in September of 2025 and 15 sessions in, his behavior has improved significantly. His anxiety levels and his depression have decreased dramatically. It has been a literal life changing experience. The people at this location are awesome to him and very kind and sweet people. The fact neuro is not a more thought of option for kids on the spectrum is mind blowing to me.
If you are thinking about trying Neurofeedback. DO IT NOW!!! Mind Gym helped my daughter become the person I've always known she could be. I am so thankful we found this.
