I used to love my Psychiatrist before she left, which I don't blame her! Whoever is at the front desk answering phones, and scheduling appointments should be fired. She is extremely rude. I was blindsided by owing $150 due to insurance, which is fine, but I wasn't able to do it that day. The front desk staff who answers the phone is very unfriendly and extremely rude. That person always puts me in a bad mood. Honestly, if it were not for the many reviews saying that the doctor is highly skilled, I would not have chosen this place. I think the reputation of this clinic takes a hit mostly because of this reason. I hope others will keep this in mind as well.

I had a virtual appointment with NP Nunez this morning and it could not have gone better. She asked me questions about my background, my history with health & medication, and the symptoms I have been experiencing, and then provided an appropriate prescription. She was patient, professional, and kind. I am excited to keep working with her!
