My practitioner is Heta Shah, and she is wonderful. I had a mental crisis, and she didn't judge me. I like her insight, and her kindness. I still see her, because I still need medication and kindness

I was a patient at Mind Connect for the summer, as I was just in the area for a summer internship. Heta served as my mental health nurse practitioner and was incredible. Moments into my initial visit, I realized how great of hands I was in; not only did Heta want to understand the journey I had with psychiatry and how I fared with different medications, she wanted to know about my life journey and get to know more about who I was as a person.
