I can’t say enough great things about Tim and Mind and Body Wellness. I had a great experience working with them. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing with a focus on relaxation and healing. Tim is so knowledgeable and I trusted him with my journey. I have real hope for a better future with all their help.
I had tried many different therapies and medications over the years but never found relief like I experienced with ketamine therapy. It's important to note though that TEAM CBT in conjunction with the ketamine therapy is why I feel it was so effective. Either by itself wouldn't have gotten me where I am today. I received the pain protocol. I have had a good experience and the staff has been very caring, supportive and helpful. I felt safe and secure with each infusion. Quiet and calm office. Knowledgeable. I appreciate the help.
Avoid this place, especially their recommended coaches. Rob was dismissive, disrespectful, and a robotic professional. He made it clear on our first phone call that he "didn't care about my past" and he needed to "establish a boundary where we don't talk AT ALL outside of our regularly scheduled programming. I expressed the error of this in a text message to him, in a very blunt but respectful manner. He went to the clinic to tattle and the clinic calls me today to say "we don't think you're a good fit."
