This was my first facial here. Cindy was very friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. I have very sensitive skin, and some products make my skin burn. However, my skin was fine with all the products she used, and feels really clean. I already made my next appointment!

When you first walk in, it is such a calming, welcoming environment, and they offer so many wonderful services for an all around holistic wellness experience. Stacey has been an incredible support through her Life Coaching sessions, and Cindy has always left me feeling relaxed and radiant after my facials. I cannot recommend Mind & Body enough!!
