Instead of telling you that she doesn't think you're a good fit, she will instead mock you to your face and try to make you insecure with everything you felt you could be comfortable sharing. Not to mention she has a secretary close by that can hear your session.

Terrible. She mistaken me for another client. Sent me a text to tell me my referral was approved since I was waiting for many months to see a therapist that I thought was good. Made me an appt to come in. Showed up to the office and she was confused as to why I was there. She admitted to her mistake but had no approval from the insurance or anything. I was not even supposed to be there because she text the wrong client! At that point I felt so defeated and knew she couldn't help me in any way. So disappointed

I had the privilege, and at this point in my journey I’m going to call it a blessing to go through therapy with Crystal Earwood.
