I went in for a spa package (gifted by my wonderful husband). The spa really is beautiful. The facial I had was also great (Sarah did it, highly recommend) BUT, I also received an 80 min Swedish massage that felt just ok while I was having it done, but by the evening I was experiencing major shoulder and arm pain. NOT normal for me. I proceeded to contact them via their website, to no avail, as I had to seek out chiropractic treatment, who then recommended a massage therapist who deals with injuries.
