I went in for a spa package (gifted by my wonderful husband). The spa really is beautiful. The facial I had was also great (Sarah did it, highly recommend) BUT, I also received an 80 min Swedish massage that felt just ok while I was having it done, but by the evening I was experiencing major shoulder and arm pain. NOT normal for me. I proceeded to contact them via their website, to no avail, as I had to seek out chiropractic treatment, who then recommended a massage therapist who deals with injuries. Getting a massage is a definite splurge for me, as it is not within my tight budge but I am so glad I spent my money here. It was worth every penny! I did not know about the NO TIPPING so I figured I would have to spend an additional 20%. WOW that made the cost less than other places that don't even compare to Mind, Body &Soul. WOW - WOW - WOW. This place is amazing. My friend recommended I try this place and I am so glad I did! When I walked into Mind, Body & Soul, my body felt like a gigantic ball of stress, and my spirits were dragging behind me like a flat balloon. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and a cup of organic apple-infused water. My new favorite SPA. This place is amazing. Had a massage today and a facial a few weeks ago and both were perfect. I work a desk job and my mussels get very tight. The environment is beautiful I can't believe Prescott has such a wonderful facility! NO tips is also very exciting, no more do I have to worry about how much I should tip YAH! There prices are very reasonable, in fact I paid more at the last place I was going to with service amount and tip together. Mind Body And Soul you've got a client in me!

Beware: Do not buy a gift certificate-they do not honor the price I brought a gift certificate to this place for my wife for mother's day. The GC was for certain services. A few weeks later she went in and they told her she had to pay an extra fee for the services because they raised the prices! I called the office and asked to speak to a manager. To be avoided if your visit includes facial filler/ injections! To be avoided if your visit includes injections or facials fillers! Owner administers injections and is inexperienced and/or not skilled with Juverdem placement. I have been consistently left with bruises (though I never bruise when I see the plastic surgeon for injections in Phoenix) and the last injection left me with a LARGE dark purple bruise between my nose and lip that could not be covered up with heavy makeup for a week. Beautiful Spa!!!! Wonderful spa experience, from the front desk staff to the massage theapist service was excellent. This was one of the best massages I've ever had. Everyone was so pleasant. The spa itself is beautiful. I felt very pampered.
