Dr. Ann Baldwin was very helpful. She explained a breathing technique to reduce stress. The session helped me stay calmer and allowed me to sleep better. I highly recommend her for help with stress reduction.
Dr Baldwin used her wonderful Horse, Major, to help me to overcome a trauma from a life-threatening Horse-Riding Accident that occurred over 30 years ago.
