My experience with my provider has been really helpful and supportive. My negative review has nothing to do with the Psych services I have received. I have been over charged at EVERY single appointment I had with them this year. I go about once a month and even now, in August, I am still being charged incorrectly after addressing these issues with them multiple times over the last few months. Jenny and Angela are the kindest duo to work with! They truly listen, prioritize exceptional patient care, and consistently go above and beyond for their patients. Angela called me about 3 minutes before closing to make sure I was taken care of. Jenny is the most personable clinician I have met. Customer service like that is rare these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and dedicated care!

Great experience with APRN Crystal Payne! This was my first real mental health appointment and she helped guide me through the meeting and explained my diagnosis and treatment plan in a super clear and helpful manner. Angela, up front, was so helpful and clear with pricing and what to expect in the future and the wonderful lady who took my blood pressure was so sweet and calmed my nerves. I would highly recommend APRN Crystal Payne to everyone, especially for ex military and female patients.
