The admin team is a joke. Maybe focus on hiring someone with experience in following up. I'm sure the providers are qualified but the whole process is a mess!

Incredibly disappointing clinic. Terrible admin service that will book you when they haven't actually confirmed with the provider. Will not assist in providing solutions in a timely manner after being dropped by a provider. Ultimately dropped and given up on after 2 weeks of navigating an appointment. Horrible.
5 stars is not enough, I will give 10 stars! I met Dr. Yishan, who was recommended by a nurse at a hospital when I gave birth to my baby two years ago. I tried to make an appointment once, and the first time I met, the conversation was outstanding. She understood my struggles and consolidated and listed them logically, which helped me understand my issues in the whole picture. She helped to find a more accessible issue to solve first.
