They are the kindest helpful staff who i appreciate all of them ❤️ Sherline is absolutely amazing n has helped me heal n I look forward to seeing her for therapy n Maureen for checkup n updates n of course the group sessions are enjoyable. I Highly recommend this place its been an awesome experience n I always feel good when I leave 🥰
terrible.went there in a mental health crisis to make an appointment for a different day and i forgot my insurance card. they would not schedule me and refused to schedule me.they could’ve gotten my insurance when i came in for the appointment !!!!! were very rude and i was in my work uniform in tears, all i needed was some help and they failed to do that. obviously they don’t care about mental health. i called someone else and made and appointment. 0 stars. this plane is right across from my job and the whole reason i tried... read more
I go to the Milford office for appointments; Rasheen is always upbeat and helpful! My therapist and nurse practitioner have been extremely effective in providing whatever I need. It's a great place. I highly recommend it.
I have Janet as my therapist now. In 30 years of therapy I have never been able to get as far as I have with Janet Riviera. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful Rasheen and Dani are so wonderful. They all seem like they care they show it every time I go in there. I've just never had the best experience with therapy in all my years. Thank you all so much
I walked into Mind and Body December 2024 praying they could help me. I was met first by Rasheen, my voice was shaken, my eyes with tears. I told her I needed help, was there a way I could make an appointment. Within minutes Rasheen had managed to get me in right away for intake. Next day I was in therapy. Rasheen and Dani both have been a big part of my healing. Kind words, showed an interest in what was going on with me no matter how busy they would be.
