You have to remain anonymous or they will terminate you as a patient. Ive been going for 10 years now. I cant count the doctors or nurses that I have had treat me. I started when it was Frank Everett and Assoc. They NEVER call back. They do not care if you have your meds. Most of all...the doctors have no idea who you are when you walk in. Or therapists. Poor excuse for a mental health facility. Appointments constantly being cancelled, no urgency or priority on prescriptions, huge turn over with staff and providers. Unacceptable
Do NOT come to this outfit if you need immediate after-care from a psych hospital such as DBH. Appointments are spotty, no follow through in fitting you in the event of a cancellation. No cooperation with Meds. I am bipolar. I ran out of Vistaril on Tuesday 2/26. Numerous calls were made by my pharmacy. No return phone calls. My NP would not give me a paper prescription for this med. and said she would call it in closer to my date of running out. I am recently out of DBH in-patient followed by the partial program.
