Review for Mind Body and Counseling Company I am beyond disappointed and deeply hurt by how I was treated during one of the most painful moments of my life. Always check the public court records on any "medical professional" you see. It is important and lawful to do your research and really get to know an individual or entity. This place of business strangely does not answer calls during business hours (only an answering service) nor will they reschedule you after observing holidays. Beware of a strange man by the name of Adam Spinner, (whom I do not know whatsoever, never met with, nor spoken to,) but he seems to believe that his job is to bully and send threatening emails to f... read more
I can’t say enough great things about Mind Body & Soul Counseling. I personally see Shallima, and my kids see Allison, and both experiences have been incredibly positive. The clinicians are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to understand each individual’s needs. Beyond the therapy itself, the customer service is outstanding—scheduling is easy, communication is prompt, and the entire process feels seamless and supportive. Initial visit crossed all lines in group setting, owner was understanding but strike 2 on second visit with serious lack of professionalism. Expressed concern again with opportunity to address and was told to stop and book an appt.
