It pains me to leave a two star review, as I think the counselor I had was actually great and helpful. The administration and management, not so much. I had free sessions as part of my employment benefits. So it came as a surprise when I was billed hundred of dollars after a couple of sessions. When I had reached out, they mentioned I was going to be refunded once the sessions were processed by the benefits provider. This was September of 2025. 3 complete months of radio silence ensued. The supervisor of this practice made a horrific judgement call that will endanger the life of a client. Do not go here if you are a vulnerable person.
Always check the public court records on any "medical professional" you see. It is important and lawful to do your research and really get to know an individual or entity.o This place of business strangely does not answer calls during business hours (only an answering service) nor will they reschedule you after observing holidays. Review for Mind Body and Counseling Company I am beyond disappointed and deeply hurt by how I was treated during one of the most painful moments of my life. My father had just passed away, and I was crying uncontrollably during what was supposed to be a therapy session. I could barely speak.
