I see Amelia for QNRT therapy. She is kind, thoughtful, and a knowledgeable practitioner. Amelia has helped me tremendiously on my healing journey and I would recommend her highly to anyone who wants to do the work and understand themselves better.
Amelia is working with our 17 year old son on past traumas he has suffered from. We see her once a month at this point. He is very open to healing and her conversations with him are easy and encouraging. Once he works through one appointment it is such a relief for him. It is amazing what our bodies hold onto and how she plays detective to see what it wants to let go of. We highly recommend her services!

Amelia truly provides a safe space to process emotions! I have learned so much in my sessions with her and this is the most connected I have felt with myself! It’s one thing to intellectualize your emotions but to actually HEAL is another thing and Amelia has provided a safe space to do so🤍 highly recommend her!
