I love Nancy. She was my therapist for a few years after a really traumatic time in my life. Nancy helped me work through so much trauma and abuse by teaching me simple methods like tapping, breath work, and mindfulness. She was also very patient with me as I really had alot to work through. The healing process is not linear nor easy but I couldn't have started without her.
