People there are amazing, I was confused about my medication and asked if I could switch to another medication and they said no problem. The day of me about to pick up my medication, I called Walgreens to see if it was ready, and it was , bit was way to expensive and so I panicked. I called mind and body asap and explain the situation and I wouldn't be able to afford this new medication. There are most amazing most caring doctors I definitely recommend them
I started out with Jenna I saw her twice and she was wonderful I began care here in May. Once I was stable she transferred me to desiree. And while she has a different personality she has been accommodating and helpful. I am have been trying to reduce the pain patch that I'm on and will be discussing an option with her next week. This place is great, everyone working here makes me feel welcome. This is not a primary care or place that makes diagnoses, they only treat what has been referred from your primary care, surgeon or specialists. The 1 star reviews must be from seekers or people that do not understand how pain medication management works. Be mad about your doctor not sending enough info for these ladies to treat.
