Heather has been my massage therapist for more than 15 years. I can always depend on Heather's punctuality as well as massages customized to deal with whatever is giving me a problem. She is an expert at getting to the root cause and also giving me great tips for exercises to maintain in between appointments. Her training as both a physical therapist assistant and massage therapy is a winning combination.
I had a herniated disc in my back that Heather has been able to completely solve through her extensive deep tissue massage work. Words cannot describe how grateful I have been for her and her knowledge of the muscles of the body and how to help solve and correct. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Heather has a mystical ability to pinpoint the exact areas on my body that are giving me trouble. I always feel so much better after her massage.
