Heather was wonderful and I really enjoyed my experience! She released months on tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back - due to mothering 2 kids under 4. I’ll be recommending her to all my friends and family!
As an aging athlete, Heather has helped me continue to be my best. Her work in on equal footing with my time in the gym for me to maintain strength, endurance and flexibility. As an extra bonus, she always has a helpful suggestion for how to get ahead of the any muscle soreness/tightness spots before they become an issue.
I have been going weekly to Heather for the last 10+ years for treatment for my lymphedema and shoulder issues. Heather is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have been able to maintain my health as a result of the excellent work she does and I highly recommend her services.
Heather is, hands down, the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had! And, does she ever know human anatomy!! Her healing hands have “tight tissue detectors” in them, I swear! She knows how to deliver a kick ass deep healing massage! She has brought me great pain relief in just 5-6 sessions. And, on top of that she’s a great human being!
Heather is amazing! I always walk out feeling much better than when I walked in. She listens intently, takes care of my trouble spots and always has recommendations for stretches and exercises to utilize.
