As an aging athlete, Heather has helped me continue to be my best. Her work in on equal footing with my time in the gym for me to maintain strength, endurance and flexibility. As an extra bonus, she always has a helpful suggestion for how to get ahead of the any muscle soreness/tightness spots before they become an issue.

Heather is fabulous! She has a professional background in physical therapy and additional training for special medical issues, which gives her a unique background as a massage therapist. It is rare to find someone with the ability and knowledge of Heather. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a quality experience for their massage therapy session. i have been going to her for about 3 years now and I have never been disappointed!

I had a herniated disc in my back that Heather has been able to completely solve through her extensive deep tissue massage work. Words cannot describe how grateful I have been for her and her knowledge of the muscles of the body and how to help solve and correct. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
