Kelly is amazing!! Always love my experience at Kalon. I travel from Asheboro to Fayetteville just to see her for my spa needs. Worth every mile!! Highly recommended!!

Very bad experience! Wow waited six months for the appt! And then couldn't find the place called and called to see what it was close to and didn't get an answer then finally after several times she calls me back 10 minutes later and tells me she has got to reschule cause I will be 10 minutes late I would have been there 13 minutes late! I had such a wonderfully relaxing time at Kalon. She took her time and made it a very personable experience. I can not recommend this place enough!!!!
Doesn't answer the phone and contacts via text only. Has cancelled on me twice in a month at the last minute because she's "sick" the last time being this past Monday. I still haven't heard from her since then so I cancelled my Groupon. I should have checked her reviews online first.
Once again Kelly gave outstanding service in a clean, comfortable, serene environment. Her decorating talent is top notch. The massage and facial were thorough and relaxing. Thank you again for a much needed pampering session. �
