I'm sincerely grateful for the care I’ve received from Dr. Elliott Quast at Mind and Body Chiropractic. I first came in around Fall 2025 with severe lower back pain, pain radiating down my leg, and numbness in my feet — all consequences of years at a desk job. This is what you have been looking for! This chiropractic office does not just adjust you. They teach you tools to stretch and strengthen your body. They also have a ton of different modalities and tools in-house to help support the adjustments and your healing. The entire staff is kind and friendly. So grateful I found Mind and Body Chiropractic.
