I had the best massage ever by Beth on Aug. 10th! The whole spa is incredibly clean beautiful and very welcoming. Everyone bent over backwards to make my experience memorable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the Mind and Body Care! Actually I've already out a number of their cards.

Beth is amazing! I started going to her 4 years ago for microdermabrasion facials. She has recommended facial washes and moisturizers that I use daily. Now once a month I go for my facial and I just love it! I can see the difference in my skin ever time I go. She also does an oxygen facial that I have done twice and that is an awesome facial! Beth as a person is so kind and takes pride in her work. She is the only person I trust when it comes to my skin.
I had my eyebrows done with Beth and I couldn't ask for a better tattoo artist, the experience was amazing and I love my eyebrows, looking foward for my second sección y many other services, I highly recommend it
I highly recommend Mind & Body, and more importantly Beth. What I like the best is that she assess your skin every time you go in and does what's necessary and uses the highest quality products. Super nice and goes out of her way to accommodate you. LOVE it here!!
