I highly recommend mind altering tattoo if your searching for a place for not just tattoos but body piercings that's in Lacrosse. Reasonable prices, very good artist's and all employees are super awesome friendly which really help's a lot especially if your a nervous 1st timer at recieving a body piercing or tattoo or both! I look forward to returning to mind altering! :)
