Although communication at times was a bit complicated, Vince (Psych) and Mason did an amazing job of supporting both our foster son and us as caregivers.They do a great job in navigating complex situations. All staff seem to have a positive attitude.

Every time we've gone for my daughters refills it has always been fast, the staff are awesome, I haven't had anything negative said to me, everyone there has been so nice, the doctors are wonderful! They don't just put my child on any meds they make sure the meds are actually working for her because they really do care, the front desk receptionist are always pleasant, I honestly have nothing negative to say about this office.
Wait times are ridiculous. Mind 24-7 at metro center has extremely long wait times and no one hardly in the waiting room. I think this place is under staffed Wait times are 15 minutes?? My wife and I waited about 4 hours in the lobby
