I just got back from a walk in service today, and when I was talking to my nurse practitioner, I said I would like to have my prescription sent to a 24/7 clinic so I’ll be able to pick up my prescription at night, and she assured me the pharmacy she will be sending it to was 24/7. After I left my appointment, I found out the pharmacy she sent it to was closed so it’ll be a day or two till I’ll be able to refill my medication. Great place to visit if you're in a psychosis and don't trust your family members. I got transferred to Phoenix Medical Psychiatric Hospital and was back with my family after 11 days stay inpatient. They even gave me snacks and helped me with a bridge for medication.

Extremly unorganized!None of these people know what the other one is doing. If you are ever able to talk to a provider, they are great, but getting to that point is crazy. Every single time you go, they make you do a new intake, which is 3-4 hours. Nobody here has any idea what a Vanderbilt test is, which is a very basic test for kids. The front office staff are so unwilling to help and have no idea what is going on!

The doctor was really rude and almost refused to help me because I have an SMI designation. I had to go rounds with her about my medical history and at one point she snapped at me because I had my eyes closed (I was having a panic attack the entire time I was there because the setup is very similar to a psych ward). At least she agreed to a medication change but know going in here that you might be told "too bad, so sad" even if you really need help.
