Worst experience ever. I took my teenage daughter here. We waited for for 1.5+ hours in the front lobby, then seen a triage who took her weight, vitals (he was very nice and accommodating) then put in a room and waited another 2 hours before a provider came in. There was NOT a lot of people there either - there were 2 people ahead of me in the waiting room. Provider was nice enough, I think she was the only provider on site. Worst place on the planet for mental health help. The place actually makes you worse. The room is like a police interrogation room with padded walls, wooden chairs and no decor. Not calming. The counselor was rude and did not even offer any help. If you truly need mental help, do not go here because you’ll need it worse when you leave.

THE STAFF & THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!.. I AM A HOSPICE CAREGIVER AND I TOOK MY CLIENT THERE FOR HELP, WE WERE TREATED LIKE WE WERE NOTHING.. THE RECEPTIONIST ON SATURDAY'S IS VERY RUDE AND UNWARM. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEIR ARE 8 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF HIM BUT THERE IS NOONE HEAR BUT ME & HIM. THIS MAN IS SEVERELY IN NEED OF CARE AND THIS IS THIS SECOND TIME WE HAD TO WASTE TIME AND GAS TO COME BACK TO THIS PLACE..... THE MISTREATMENT FROM THEIR STAFF NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!! We brought a minor to this facility for an emergency psychiatric evaluation after a serious behavioral incident involving law enforcement, a parole officer, and a parent all recommending a psychiatric hold for safety reasons. We arrived at approximately 5:25 PM expecting an in-person crisis assessment. I have been a patient at many places over the years due to ongoing mental health issues. I have also worked in rehabilitation centers as a caretaker and peer support specialist. I've seen both sides of these things and understand that the client's plan of care is a collaborative effort and cannot always be safely within their complete hands, depending.
