I was the subject of a car repair shop employee, stealing my vehicle basically after stating it was not road worthy and having a motor vehicle accident. Truly cannot recommend Minchella Law enough! Our company was lured into borrowing a lot of money by aggressive marketing tactics under what we believed was false pretenses. Tony gave us invaluable advice and support to dissociate from a business and start a new business. The decision was an emotional one, but Tony laid out the pros and cons and legal implications so that we could make an informed, rational decision.
