I had a really good expirence through my stay with mincemoyer rentals
Very convenient
We lived at one of his properties in State College, and he is, without a doubt, one of the best landlord in the area. Quick to fix anything that goes wrong and reasonable. Other State College landlords are notoriously difficult, but Tom was very pleasant to rent from.
Everything about this rental process went beyond smooth. Not only was he able to get me into a unit within a month, he showed me one that was perfect for me, especially considering my physical issues. Mr. T is very down to earth, thorough, and his two properties managers I met were ALSO awesome folk! I appreciate everything y'all!
