It's an outstanding experience, the staff are cordial and friendly, I totally recommend it!

More farm to table concept than Miku. You'll find more chicken and beef here than seafood but still as good!
The three-course meal was unique and delicious, but also pricey.
The aburi oshi offerings are quite delicious. The rest of the menu is kind of meh. Service was spotty.

David Hawksworth, chef of Hawksworth Restaurant, eats here on his nights off. He loves the Aburi salmon oshi sushi.
Salmon Oshi Sushi and Ebi Oshi Sushi are the best. The Minami Zen box is great value and includes two of the Salmon Oshi Sushi. You can also order half orders of the sushi and rolls.
