After months of unsuccessful PT and injections, I recently required back surgery for a herniated disc. Dr Safain and PA Ran Ku were both extremely attentive and caring. They answered all my nervous questions before and after surgery, and the surgery was a wonderful success. Contacting them on the phone isn't always the easiest because it is a very small department but I was still able to at least leave a message when I needed something. I would recommend him to anyone needing spine surgery
Amazing and compassionate man. He validated my pain. Which is everything when you are trying to get disability. I'm not a surgical candidate because of osteo. I didn't get relief but to have a doctor actually care is everything.
My husband could barely walk before his surgery. Dr. Safain was convinced the procedure that was needed would enable my husband to get his life back!! Sure enough, after a month of healing, he is back!! Thank you to both him and his wonderful NP. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Safain is very professional, caring and attentive, the kind rarely encountered nowadays.
