Dr. Oza was very patient with me and I could tell she was very genuine. It really felt like she cared for me and wanted to help me get better which is something I haven’t seen in other psychiatrists with my past experiences.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this person (who I won’t even call a doctor) if you are looking to be treated with respect and as a human being. She is extremely rude and talks down on you like you are stupid. 1 star is one star too many. She does not let you speak, and she will continue to cut you off. Dr Ozo is a compassionate psychiatrist and her staff is very helpful, she always listens and discusses my treatment and therapy and is also very responsive when medication is need
Extremely unprofessional. This Dr. does not answer emails or voicemails from patients. Her staff cancels patients appointments due to “policies” with no regard to patients health or time. It’s all about billing insurance.
