What ever you do stay away from here. Placed order twice from this place. Drove 5 hours and she sold it. Customer service is horrible. STAY AWAY !!!
Do not go here. Sold me broken earrings and wouldn’t exchange them or buy it back at the same price immediately after purchasing. Bad customer service and I would not recommend going here unless you want to get scammed. Literally any other gold shop in Columbus is better than here.
Sold me damaged earrings. Refused to engaged in good faith/good customer service to fix the issue by replacing or refunding the item. Extremely rude, unkind and disrespectful through the whole experience. I advice customers to go to one of the other many nice gold shops around town and not get scammed here.
