He is a great person. But the office seems to think they can clap with one hand. The visits are held at metropolitan Ave and the procedure somewhere else. I have had the push and run around by this office since may 2023 and it's Feb 2024 and they still can't work together to schedule me for ny procedure. They have only scheduled me TWICE for a day that I would be on vacation in Guyana. And they know this. The saga continues.... my advice is to go somewhere else. This is a waste of time. The 2 offices are equally incompetent.
