I never write bad reviews, I don't. I had phoned Dr. Ahn's office 3 times for a consult appointment. Dr. Ahn has performed work on some of my clients (I do skin care), and the results were beautiful!! His work is excellent. However, the office staff is NOT. I have submitted photos (pre-consult) per request, with no call back (3 TIMES)? It makes me wonder if I had and issue would they be responsive? There are other surgeons in the Boston area. RecommendedI made an appointment with the Aesthetic Wellness Center in April for facial injections for my aging skin. Living in the Southwest desert, I have used Dr. Ahn's staff's skincare recommendations for twenty years. Rachel, a new nurse and colleague of Dr. Ahn's nurse Rebecca, immediately put me at ease about my personalized treatment. She explained each step by step procedure.
