Dr Pan is great. She listens, is very personable and knowledgeable, doesn’t rush her appointments and will offer options. I’ve seen her for 10 years and my neuropathy is well controlled. Recommend her to anyone needing a neurologist.

I met Dr Pan at the hospital following a stroke. She was very efficient and organized. She was in my room every day as scheduled and answered all of my questions. I have seen her once in her office and she was very efficient. Her staff is friendly and helpful.

I had a NCS & EEG with Dr Pan this morning. Her bedside manner is absolutely atrocious. She was not only cold and uninformative, but she told me she didn't believe that the (unrelated to my appointment today) nerve condition I've been treated for for years exists. I assure you, it absolutely does. The appointment went very poorly, and I find myself questioning if the report she will produce will be factual, or if she will doubt another (also well documented condition) exists. I have never been treated this way in a healthcar... read more

Efficient but distant. I have visited for a pinched nerve in my neck. Per Dr Pan, options are to take meds or have surgery. Not really an option. Initially seen 2 years ago. I visit every 6 months, but no further attempt to see if conditions have changed. She is professional, efficient and polished. She is not a warm person and not very personable. Average time during my visit is 5-7 minutes.

My father was misdiagnosed. She said he DID NOT have Parkinson's, although he had most of the symptoms. It was a relief. About a year later, his symptoms worsened we got a second opinion, and yes, he had Parkinson's. It's sad because he could have been treated earlier.

Has absolutely zero bedside manner. Failed to ask questions to understand and inquire my concerns as to why she was doing a nerve conduction study in the first place. I was referred by my primary to a different neurologist after receiving concerning results, and that neurologist will not accept ANY patients that have been seen by Dr. Pan. Obviously she doesn’t have a great reputation.

Im going to do something I dont usually do but I feel like people need to know this. I have a neurological disease that is rare so I recently have decided to get a second opinion to see if I have any other treatment options. I Waited 3 months to get in with dr.pan after searching for months before that for a neurologist that would accept medicare. Talked to the office several times, they sent me paperwork, told me what to bring the day of. When I arrived they asked me fo

I called to get an appointment after my Doctor referred me to Doctor Pan. The Person who answered started being negative immediately. She told me that I missed an appointment several years ago; she interrogated me about my insurance; she said she had no choice but to put me in as a new patient & there were no openings for months. I replied that my Doctor referred me because of a brain injury and specifically wanted Dr. Pan to see me. She said Dr. Pan does not do that work and hung up.
