Check in was easy and the receptionist very nice. Nurse was happy and made things comfortable. Dr Luo was direct, spent 5 minutes with me and left. Better communication on her part would be welcomed, especially after driving 65 minutes to see her.
Never set me up for a follow up appointment after months made it seem like a bunch of stuff was wrong with me “stated on papers they gave me” refused to give me any results unless i made a follow up appointment so got up and had to wake my baby up just for absolutely nothing she rushes every appointment you cant understand her will never go back. pretty much told me all of “problems” are from my son and i need to get away from him more. terrible terrible “doctor.”
It's a good place to be and the staff is very nice to me too. Thank you!
