I should not even give one star. All she seemed interested in was testing me with my products. She looked at my itchy rash and immediately said oh that’s contact dermatitis. Even my dermatologist sent me to her. Well, after 3 months of intense itch it was diagnosed as something completely different and cleared up in 10 days. I really suffered at the hands of my dermatologist and this allergist. I will never darken their doors again. Very poor treatment. They should be ashamed.

I was going to be a new patient at this practice but I called to ask the receptionist a question about my insurance and she was incredibly nasty towards me. My husband is in between jobs and I just had to switch to my insurance through my employer. I was planning to ask if the practice takes my new insurance or how much the visit would cost out of pocket but she was so rude that I just up and canceled. Has the blessed opportunity to meet Dr Min Ku for some testing. She was very professional, courteous and friendly. Dr Min Ku explained everything thoroughly. The office staff and PA were wonderful.
I was sent to this doctor for an allergy test by another allergist in the network of providers. I gave her all of my doctor's notes, explained my medical history and allergic reactions to specific medications. She cut me off several times by saying I want to your reaction, not what you think caused it. She decided to give me her own clinical diagnosis, told me to take antihistamines for my condition and continue living my life with the symptoms, oh and don't continue restriction of histamine high foods bc it won't matter.
