I have eaten sushi all over the world. Sukiyabashi Jiro may have Barak Obama's seal of approval but right here in Glastonbury CT we have Min Ghung which, in my opinion, is right up there with the best. Jiro Ono has nothing on Ivan, the chef at Min Ghung. Each dish is a work of art, both to the eyes and the palate. So, while the Commander in Chief may agree with me on Five Guys burgers, I think he should reserve judgement on sushi until he visits my favorite Glastonbury.
