Chris is the best trainer on the planet. I have been working out with him for over a decade and consistently gotten fitter and stronger. He challenges me and keeps fitness interesting. When I travel he sends me workouts to keep me on track. If I need support around nutrition, he's there. He's also an incredible human being and care so much about his clients. RUN don't walk. I can never imagine not having Chris on my wellness team.
