This oil company charged me more than the price stated on their website because I ordered through cash heating oil. Instead of canceling that order and giving me their rate as a new client the person taking payment was very dismissive and uncompassionate. I would have loved to continue business with this company because of their affordable rate but will go elsewhere due to HORRIBLE customer service!
