While the doctors and physician assistant do a good job, the front office staff are single-handedly ruining this practice. They don’t reply to emails or return phone calls. The office manager, Gabby, does not take any accountability or know how to provide or train others on customer service to patients. Dr. Ulin was a pleasure but I’ve had a few too many miscommunications because the inadequate and lazy staff members.
This place lacks proper communication and scheduling skills
Horrible communication. Telehealth appointments never kept, cancelling appointments without notice or explanation. And never calling back when requested.
