As a profesional you should advice your clients of the work you do, very poor communication skills with the customer, my hair ended up look8ng like a bright orange pumpkin , when I was ash platinum, YOU NEED TO LISTEN AND NOT ARGUE WITH YOUR CLIENTS,I am very disappointed with your attitude and your skills as a salon owner

Edit to add: This colorist does not know how to care for lace front front wigs. One of the issue’s is that she doesn’t understand that hand tied lace front wigs are very delicate and need to be handled with care or it will tangle. You cannot wash a wig in the same manner you would wash a regular clients hair. I don’t expect a refund I just ask that next time she doesn’t insist she is capable of caring for a human hair wig without first further educating her self. My niece received poor service from this establishment. The hair stylist is not willing to correct the poor service. I would not recommend this salon. They do not try to fix their mistakes after damaging hair
