My husband and I brought our fur baby into the this Vet yesterday in distress. We were there maybe 45 minutes and sadly our baby passed away from kidney failure and cardiac arrest. Two Blood tests were done, fluids, and oxygen administration. We were charged $584.00 and brought home a dead cat. When asked why it costs so much we were told that we were graciously not charged for the CPR performed or it would have been $784.00. THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS!! Horrible customer service. The vet constantly misdiagnosed our animals.
The vet herself is extremely rude and not personable at all with customers. You're treating someone's family member with 4 legs at least act like you care instead of being a heartless individual. Front desk is nice at least but that's not what counts.
