The owner, Esmeralda, is very sweet. I am a fairly new client. I trust her methods because I have a friend who recommended her to me. This friend lost a tremendous amount of hair and, through cutting techniques, Esmeralda helped her hair grow back. My friend now has gorgeous long hair.
