Had an appointment with Ben for 12:30 today to get there to find out that he isn’t coming in today. Absolutely unprofessional and will not be returning.
The owner was friendly the moment I walked in! I was a walk in so of course they fit me in the best they could-greatly appreciated! The other guy ran my water, and all was well...until my water started getting cold. I asked him politely, as he was servicing another customer, if he could turn my spa jets on.
