Highly unprofessional, no one takes accountability when they make mistakes on their end they rather blame the customer argue with them and walk away instead of rebooking any type of appointment or service. They’re very rude and they just stare at you instead of saying something to you. They’ll ignore you for a while when you come in and don’t greet you. I love mimosa so much!!! I go every single 3 ish weeks for nails. they are so amazing and kind and i always get exactly what i want. Today we tried something new and it was chrome wich looked so good and christmasy!!!

I had a terrible experience with the service. There was a lack of attention to detail, as every single nail was painted poorly. The finish was uneven and bumpy, grummy. I requested hard gel nails, but it was clear that the technician didn’t know what she was doing. This was my first and last visit to this salon.
