When first married, my husband and I lived in his grandmother's home. His grandfather had planted the back fence in rows of camellias. All the grandkids grew up playing in those bushes. My babies were the first great grandchildren to enjoy the shade and hiding places those aged, towering bushes provided and I was the recipient of many "I love you mama"s accompanied by a beautiful camellia.
