How disappointing. My nails are crooked and my french tips are uneven (I mentioned this to my tech). She also cut me twice to the point of bleeding. I got to my appointment on time at 10am (when they open) and still had to wait behind someone who didn't have an appointment. Happy hour deal wasn't honored either. I had to skip my mani because the pedi alone took over 2 hours. Less important notes: my second mimosa was all orange juice and parking nearby is $21. It looks okay from afar. Here's to hoping it lasts🤞🏾

I had an appointment scheduled at 3:30 PM, and by 4:20 PM I still had not been attended to. No one even had the courtesy to provide an explanation or let me know how much longer the wait would be. I understand that delays can happen, but if appointments are accepted, they should be respected, or at least communicated properly. Customers’ time is also valuable. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Booked an appointment over the phone and was explicitly told my name or phone # was not needed and that someone would be available. After ordering an Uber and calling to confirm 2 hours later, I was told no one would be able to take me, which was extremely inconvenient.

I called a week ago and made an appt for five people at 11:30 on a Sunday morning. That morning they called me to confirm. We show up at 11:25 and they could not take us all. After one hour of waiting, one of us had still not started so gave up. Why take appts?? Place felt dirty and unorganized. Won't waste my money there.
