Been a customer here for a while because where the shop is located is close. But it is a hit or miss, lately been a miss. THEY MOVE SO SLOW. 3 hours to get GelX - ridiculous. Misshaped and uneven nails with lumpy paint job. Wouldn’t recommend unless you speak Spanish since majority of the techs speak NO ENGLISH. Hard to communicate if I want something fixed. Ugh finding a new salon. Tired of wasting money here for terrible results
Tbh I usually always go to the DuPont location so I assumed both were equally as good. I was so WRONG this location sucks . I came in for French mani pedi. The guy that did my feet couldn’t follow simple instructions idk how you mess up a French pedicure??? It was bad so I didn’t even get my hands done. For $65 I’m pretty disappointed in the service. If anyone goes to mimosa salon just go to the DuPont location vibes and the service are ten times better! I never complained there and I’ll be taking my services back
booked and made an appointment for my mom on the website even called them the day before to book a gel pedicure for my mom. arrived at 4, no body serviced us for 30 minutes so we ended up leaving, no body apologized for the wait or recognized us. making an appointment is useless and doesn’t matter because they don’t follow schedules even though they let you choose the staff, i booked lynn. and never once was my mom thought about or looked at. don’t go here, very rude place and the employees as well. not a welcoming place, do... read more
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for an underarm waxing service, and unfortunately, the esthetician did not seem properly trained or experienced. She didn't know how to apply the wax correctly or remove it properly, which made the entire process painful and uncomfortable. Even worse, when there was wax left on my skin, she sprayed alcohol directly onto my freshly waxed underarms. The burning was immediate and intense, and my skin is still burning even now. honestly my artists were so good at their job and super friendly. i was raving to nick how straight and flat he got my acrylics before he even painted them. candy got each of my little toes to look so uniform and perfect i loved them with my whole heart. what i did not like or appreciate was the price of my nails changing 3 times and in the end close to 200 for a simple set of acrylics and a 40$ pedi. not even 24 hrs into having them on the top coat started to bubble and peel, i forgave it until my big toe (acrylic) just pop... read more
