Mimi's Taqueria has been our favorite spot for Mexican food for several years. The family who runs the restaurant are great people and the staff friendly. The taco platter is my go-to order because they offer flexibility in how you can order them. You can choose any combination of tortilla (flour or corn), filling, and toppings.
